How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat-rate fee calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on social media for updates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@lusterluxauto.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly so we can’t guarantee changes once submitted.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products. Email support@lusterluxauto.com with your order number to get started.
What if my product arrived damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method once we receive your return.
How do I use LuxPro Waterless Wash?
Spray directly onto the surface. Wipe in straight lines with a clean microfiber towel — do not scrub in circles. Flip to a clean side and buff to a streak-free finish.
How do I use CeramicX Ceramic Spray?
Apply to a clean, dry vehicle in 2’×2’ sections. Buff off with a microfiber towel within 1–2 minutes. Apply in shade for best results.
How do I use RestorX Plastic Dressing?
Shake well, apply to an applicator pad, and work into trim in circular motions. Wipe excess and allow 10–15 minutes to cure before water exposure.
How do I use TireVenom Tire Dressing?
Apply to clean, dry tires with a foam applicator. Spread evenly and allow 10–15 minutes to dry before driving.
Are your products safe on all paint types?
Yes. All LusterLux products are safe on clear coat, single-stage paint, wraps, and matte finishes.
Can I use LusterLux products on boats and golf carts?
Absolutely. We have dedicated Golf Cart Care and Boat Care lines, and our core products are safe on marine and recreational vehicles too.
What sizes do your spray products come in?
Our spray products are available in 16 oz bottles. Follow us on social media for announcements on larger sizes coming soon.
